A CAFE has been handed a zero star food hygiene rating after an inspector discovered mice droppings on the premises.
Resta Coffee, the cafe next to Grove Park train station on Baring Road, was ordered to bring in pest control following the inspection on April 2.
A spokesman for Lewisham Council said improvements have since been made at the business.
The damning food hygiene inspection report said: “You have an ongoing mice infestation.
“You have agreed to close and to remove all droppings and carry out a deep clean.
“You must obtain the services of a pest control company.”
Resta Coffee has been approached for comment.
